Summary of the Accountability Legislation
Although the major public school accountability legislation has not yet been filed, house and senate staff members have given legislators and interested parties a broad outline of the bill.
A summary of the briefing we received appears below. TIER remains supportive of the direction that this legislation is taking and looks forward to working with the authors and the committees when the bill is filed. It is rumored to be approximately 100 pages in length.
