TIER and the Texas Coalition for a Competitive Workforce—comprised of TIER, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Public Policy Foundation, the Governor’s Business Council, and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce—recently completed a successful statewide tour of 15 major Texas cities.
